I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly and spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. The modern rooms were a delight, and I especially loved the fact that I could connect my devices to the kids. Although there was no fridge in the room, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me by letting me store my champagne in their bar. The green surroundings were lovely, and I enjoyed spending time outside on the tables and chairs provided. The proximity to the lake and the feeling of being in the countryside, while still being only 20 minutes away from central Dusseldorf, was a big plus.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
